Sauntes Have

In the Danish town of Gentofte, an exclusive residential project – Sauntes Have – is being built, comprising 29 modern homes. For the project, Green Box delivers prefabricated bathrooms developed with a special focus on quality, functionality and aesthetics.

Bespoke design for exclusive living environment

The bathrooms for Sauntes Have have been designed specifically for the project and to match the high quality of the homes. Each bathroom is prefabricated at the factory and customised to the layout and design vision of the individual homes.

To support the exclusive look of the project, high-quality materials have been chosen, including:

• Large-format tiles (slabs) on walls
• Matching 60×120 cm floor tiles
• Material combinations for an elegant and harmonious feel

Efficiency and quality in construction process

Building with prefabricated bathrooms saves construction time on site, while quality is guaranteed through production of the bathrooms in a controlled environment The method reduces the need for coordination by different types of tradesmen on site and minimises the risk of construction errors.

Close collaboration with project partners

The project is being realised in collaboration with RAWO Byggepartnerskab A/S, De Forende Ejendomsselskaber A/S and GPP Arkitekter. Green Box’s role is to translate the architects’ visions into production-ready bathroom solutions meeting the highest design and functionality standards.

As an integral part of our delivery process, we conduct a reference review at our factory, where project partners review and approve the first finished pods. This creates a common understanding of quality, materials and details – and ensures that expectations are aligned before delivery and installation of the pods on site.
