Prefabricated bathrooms from Green Box

Green Box delivers prefabricated bathrooms for the new apartments. A total of 171 bathrooms will be installed, including four disability-friendly bathrooms, all delivered as finished modules – ready to be lifted directly into the apartments. An efficient method which makes it possible to shorten the construction time while ensuring a uniform and consistent quality in all units.

Strandbyen is located in the heart of Søndervig and only 300 metres from the foaming North Sea. The location could not be better: Strandbyen will be a unique base for guests and owners to enjoy both the rough nature of Western Jutland and all the fun facilities that Lalandia Søndervig has to offer – only a few minutes’ walk away. This makes the area particularly attractive for families with children and those wanting to relax in scenic surroundings with plenty of activities right around the corner.

There has been great interest in the holiday apartments, and most have been sold even before the project has been completed. This indicates a high demand in the area as both a holiday destination and an investment opportunity.

Concurrently with the construction of Strandbyen, Lalandia’s Aquadome is being extended. With an additional 900 square metres of water attractions, there is even more to look forward to with the new extension, including a large children’s pool, a hot water pool and an impressive Fountain Park filled with fountains, water jets and spectacular light and sound effects. The entire extension is expected to be completed in the summer of 2025 and will add significantly to the facilities and activities on offer in the area.
