SVENDBORGGADE 

Svendborggade 37 in Copenhagen is part of the Gasworks Block – an area that previously housed, for example, football pitches for the B93 football club.

The Gasworks Block has been designed by the architecture firm Cobe, drawing inspiration from Østerbro’s classic building style and the iconic gasworks building Østre Gasværk.

The building project covers 9,400 sqm and contains 110 apartments. The apartments have an attractive location and are integrated in a new urban area around Østerbro’s new indoor ice rink and B93’s sports facilities overlooking Østre Gasværk theatre

The Gasworks Block is expected to be completed and ready for occupancy in mid-2025.
