The production of Green Box Danish-produced bathrooms is standardised and efficient – with a focus on reducing waste and using materials which are suitable for certified construction projects.

We are continually optimising our processes, and work hard to obtain new approvals and certifications so you can be sure of getting a carefully conceived product with a high degree of quality assurance throughout the entire process. This requires a modern and technically advanced production set-up.

Digital quality assurance

At Green Box, we are strongly committed to digitalisation. We perform quality control of your bathrooms under controlled conditions and using state-of-the-art technologies and methods.

Every single one of our Danish-produced bathrooms is quality-checked several times during production. In addition, each production employee performs ongoing own control. This ensures a high level of consistency and traceability throughout the production process.

Our quality assurance is registered digitally in a system which can be accessed by all the involved project parties – both during production and subsequently. This gives you a complete overview and the opportunity to monitor the production of your bathrooms from start to finish.

All documentation in one place

Modern construction projects require extensive documentation. Therefore, we have made it easy to access all relevant documentation about our prefabricated bathrooms gathered in one place and easily accessible via a QR code.

In our system, you can follow the entire process – from start to finish – with direct access to quality control and documentation for each bathroom. This includes:

 

• A drawing set for every single bathroom, showing pipes and cable runs.

• Order lists showing plumbing numbers, tile types, grout colours and information about material manufacturers.

• Information about cable types and lenghts – useful for any future replacements.
