New apartments are under construction in the Swedish town of Söderköping, where Green Box is supplying 60 prefabricated bathrooms for the Vimman residential project.
60 bathrooms for new rental homes
The project is being built at Viggebyvägen 9-13 close to Storån and comprises new rental homes in a central, peaceful area near nature, schools, shops and the Göta Canal. The developer is Söderstaden i Östergötland AB, and ED Bygg is the contractor.
The prefabricated bathrooms from Green Box contribute to an efficient construction process with high quality and consistent execution. The project is being carried out in accordance with the environmental requirements of Miljöbyggnad Silver 4.1 and Byggvarubedömningen.
The project is expected to be ready for occupation in autumn 2027.
