Vollebekk Stasjon

Vollebekk Stasjon is a new and modern residential project in Oslo, developed by Fredensborg Bolig as the developer and constructed by Veidekke as the contractor. The project includes 149 modern apartments, distributed on four buildings, all with focus on sustainability, community and high housing quality.

Modern homes in a growing urban area

Located between Oslo city centre and green natural areas, Vollebekk Station combines the best of both worlds. The area is growing rapidly and becoming increasingly central. Construction started in October 2024, and the building project is expected to be completed in autumn 2026.
